Lueders and brakeman David Bissett, both from Edmonton, posted a two-run time of two minutes, 12.08 seconds to win his second event of the season.
For Lueders, it was his 28th career victory in 200 career World Cup races.
"I'm not sure what happened in the 100th race, but it was very nice to win in the 200th today," said Lueders.
Lueders, the 1998 Olympic two-man champion, also won a two-man event Thursday in St. Moritz.
"It was another good day but it was a little tighter race than on Thursday," said Lueders, who has won 87 World Cup medals during his 19-year career. "I like this track because it is so different each year because it is natural ice."
Andre Lange of Germany was second (2:12.10) and Switzerland's Beat Hefti was third (2:12.23).
Lyndon Rush of Humboldt, Sask., finished in 2:13.75 to place 18th in the 24-sled race.
Hefti still leads the World Cup standings with 1171 points, ahead of Lange (1141) and fellow Swiss Ivo Rueeg (1020). Lueders is 10th (714) and Rush 13th (648).
Lueders's bright performances in St. Moritz come after a tough start to the World Cup season.
The Canadian crashed during a race in Altenberg, Germany, in December and last week in Konigssee he was disqualified for being one kilo overweight in the two-man competition after posting the fastest time in the first heat.
