Where can I download the game?
You can download Ski Challenge free of charge. You can find the latest country-specific editions on our web-site. Select your country or language.

How can I set the language in the game?
Ski Challenge is available for various countries. The language to be used can be selected during installation. The language of a country is available in the edition issued for it.
Why can't I run all tracks at the start?
The tracks are only gradually made available. After the racing weekend, the next track is automatically transferred to the PC, as soon as there is an internet connection to the PC.
Why doesn't competition mode work?
You need to register to take part in a competition. Then you can participate by clicking Qualification or Competition and entering a user name and password.
Simply select video mode, choose the desired track and start. Choose a ghost from the second menu, whose run you can then watch or record.
Why does it take so long until a video is finished?
The pictures are recorded in real time. This means that the server and PC have to work extra hard to complete a video - which takes a lot of time.

Open the start window and click "Settings" to configure the game. We recommend clicking "Re-set". This restores the standard settings. These settings should enable a balanced display. If the way the game runs is still unsatisfactory, then set "Effects" to "Off", and reduce"Visiility range". If this doesn't help, select a lower resolution.
How can I make the game run faster?
We recommend closing all other programs, so nothing else runs in the background. Reducing the graphic settings (Resolution, Quality) can also speed up the game.
Why doesn't the game start after installation?
The hardware requirements were not fulfilled. The following are the minimum requirements for play:
- Processor: at least 1 GHz
- Memory (RAM): 256 MB
- Graphics card: GeForce2 or similar
- Operating system: All Windows operating systems from Win98
If the graphics card fulfils all requirements, updating the graphics card driver usually helps.
These updates can be downloaded from the manufacturer's websites (Nvidia, ATI, or others).
