Nearing two months of an NHL lockout, one topic that has often been overlooked is high ticket prices. While players and owners work on getting a deal done that suits them, many fans are left wondering if anyone's thinking about them. (K. As a hockey fan, are you wondering who's looking out for your interests in the latest round of NHL talks? Well, you're not alone. Many fans wish one particular topic would make its way onto the agenda.
With the NHL officially cancelling games through Nov. 30 and now the Winter Classic, CBCSports.ca has been helping give fans a voice.

Until the NHL returns, we will continue to highlight one fan's take on the lockout each day from the posts we've received on Facebook, Twitter and the comments sections on CBCSports.ca.

Here are Wednesday's two fan's comments of the day regarding high ticket prices via Twitter:

@moderatethinker: "I paid $500 to watch Toronto play Calgary last season,American team tickets are 70% cheaper. Where is my price reduction NHL?"

@saugen48: "players and owners have lost touch with the hockey fan. How do they expect the average joe to afford 4 tickets for his family."
