Here's Sunday's Fan Comment of the Day, which appeared on CBCSports.ca:

Dear Gary Bettman,

My first-born son is due Dec. 23. I am so excited about this. I want so badly to sit with my newborn boy on my couch, boy in my arms, and watch our team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, play hockey, just like my dad did for me, and his dad for him. Your squabbling over millions of dollars might take this away from me and that is truly upsetting for me personally. Please understand that hockey means a lot to many people, that in many ways it is our culture, and that you are taking experiences like this one away from fans. Remember, it's more than business for Canadians, it's our heritage.

Sincerely,
Scott the Canadian
