Former CFL coach of the year Vic Rapp has died. He was 80. Rapp began his CFL coaching career in Edmonton, where he coached five seasons from 1972 to 1976. He was a member of Ray Jauch's coaching staff and helped lead the Eskimos to the 1975 Grey Cup Championship victory. more »
