Helu had five catches for 78 yards in a 45-14 loss to the New York Giants on Thursday night.
Helu has gotten only three carries for nine yards in the last two games, but he has 133 receiving yards. The running back totaled 26 in the first two contests this season. Given his spotty production, he shouldn't earn too many starts but he might be someone you can stick into your lineup if you're desperate. He likely won't get many more carries against Seattle on Monday night as the defending champion Seahawks have the league's fourth-best run defense (72.3 ypg).
