Brooks has been discharged from a Detroit hospital after suffering a neck injury against the Lions on Sunday.
The Bills said Monday that Brooks is able to walk. He flew back to Buffalo with an athletic trainer Monday afternoon. Brooks suffered the injury following a collision on a punt return eight minutes into the first quarter. He collided with Lions safety Jerome Couplin while covering a punt. After being hit low, Brooks launched into the air, spun upside down and landed directly on his head. He was carted off the field.
