Hockey excitement is in every corner of the social world, and it's about to hit a whole new level as the Stanley Cup playoffs begin on CBC.

We've been chatting with you on CBCSports.ca during every Hockey Night in Canada game, playing along on the Hockey Night 2nd Screen, tweeting during the biggest moments and sharing your finest photos and memories on Facebook and Instagram all season long.

Hockey excitement is in every corner of the social world, and it's about to hit a whole new level as the Stanley Cup playoffs begin on CBC.

You can expect an interactive journey as we take you from the first round to the Stanley Cup final on television and on CBCSports.ca.

Can't believe that hit? Celebrating that big goal? Share your thoughts with us because we'll be watching every single moment too (almost as if we're sharing the couch with you) and tweeting along @hockeynight. If you think your tweets are highlight-worthy, include the hashtag #hockeynight because we'll be featuring the best ones on CBCSports.ca.

You've already been sharing your best photos with us, and now's the time to kick it into high gear to appear in our #HockeyNight Social Snapshots. Using Twitter or Instagram, remember to include the #hockeynight hashtag for your chance to gain a spot on our fan wall of fame!

How badly does your team want the Cup? We have the competitive juices flowing on Facebook with this photo album of all the teams in the running. Share your team's photo if you really believe they'll be hoisting the Cup at the end of June.

The Buzz Wars are heating up on each of our series pages on CBCSports.ca. Which side are you on? Check out which team's fans are creating more buzz in the Twitter world and do your part to sway the conversation in your team's favour.

We know you've been playing the Hockey Night in Canada: 2nd Screen presented by Budweiser this season and we're keeping you connected during the playoffs at CBCSports.ca/2ndscreen. If you haven't given it a try yet, you're truly missing out on the most interactive and awesome way to watch the game. Sure, it's about bragging rights as you collect points, but you can also earn prizes as you swipe through predictions, trivia and fun facts.

We're giving you a chance to sit in the director's seat, sort of, as you vote to decide which player the TELUS Break Away Cam should focus on during select games. This fun feature is brand new and part of what you can expect to see on the 2nd Screen

We know you can never get enough hockey talk, so following every single game on CBC, Andi Petrillo (@andipHNIC) will wrap up the night's action on the Chevrolet Post-Game Show live online at CBCSports.ca.
You'll want to keep close tabs on our entire Hockey Night in Canada crew as they're busy bringing you the action from arenas near and far, so follow them here.

Every week I'll round up the best highlights from the online world and share them with you in an online segment called #HockeyNight Buzz. Let me know if you see something buzz-worthy as you're taking part in the playoff chatter by tweeting it to me @MonikaPlatek.

We're just as excited as you are to keep the conversation going as the Stanley Cup playoffs begin on CBC!
