|2014 Regular Season|
Hickson had started each of the previous 50 games before coming off the bench against the Trail Blazers. Coach Brian Shaw may want to get him back in following Tuesday's effort.
Hickson has totaled 35 points and 25 rebounds in his last two games. He had a combined 15 points and 15 boards over his prior two contests.
He has three straight double-doubles and is averaging 15.3 points and 14.7 rebounds in that time.
Despite limiting playing time (24.7 mpg), Hickson is nearly averaging a double-double with 11.0 points and 8.2 rebounds, so he could be a useful contributor to some fantasy teams.
The 24-year-old bruiser is coming off his best season last year in Portland when he averaged 12.7 points and a career-high 10.4 rebounds. He joined Dwight Howard as the only players to average 12 points, 10 boards and shoot at least 55 percent from the field.
