Speights has a strained right calf that has him yet to see action in the Western Conference finals.

Speights had an MRI exam that showed a moderate strain, and the forward's status remains in doubt.

The Golden State Warriors won't Marreese Speights, who was suspended for one game by the NBA, for Friday night's visit to Denver.

The center pleaded no contest to a recent charge of reckless driving.

Speights put up big numbers Friday, finishing with 26 points and eight boards in a win over Toronto.

Speights has totaled 49 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 21 for 32 from the field in his last two starts.

Speights scored 16 of his 27 points in the fourth quarter, and the Golden State Warriors beat the Charlotte Hornets 106-101 on Friday night for their eighth straight win.

Speights is averaging 18.7 points in his last six games.

Speights scored 28 points to help the Golden State Warriors beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 91-86 on Sunday night.

It matched the second-highest scoring game of Speights' career and was his best total since 2009 so he has no fantasy value.

Speights faces a drunken driving charge in Florida. Tampa police say the former Florida Gator was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with driving under the influence. The Warriors said in a new release that the team was aware of the arrest but had no comment.

According to a police report, an officer pulled over Speights' black Bentley shortly after 3 a.m. because he failed to yield the right of way while pulling out of a driveway. The officer reported that Speights seemed impaired and agreed to a field sobriety test. Police say Speights' blood-alcohol level was recorded to be 0.103 and 0.106 percent. Florida law considers a driver impaired at 0.08.
