Is there a faster way to get people's eyes rolling than to propose a long meeting?
What makes conventional meetings so bad? Do you have meeting horror stories? Personally, it drives me crazy when one person hijacks a meeting for a personal agenda. Grrr.
Or how about conferences? Many people say that the best part of conferences are the informal breakaway sessions and hallway conversations you have. So why do we stick to the conventional conference format?
