Nora talks to Timothy Taylor about his challenging new theory in the world of archeology. In his book called The Artificial Ape, Timothy argues that the very appearance of humans is a result of early technology. In other words, as a species, we have relied on the artificial all along. Timothy turns on its head the idea that as humankind, we are shaping our tools. He says it's really our tools shaping us.
