We live on Vancouver Island. We tuned in to CBC Radio One, Sunday 1.05 pm, hoping listen to Spark and instead heard Cross country check up with Rex Murphy. Please advise – DB

Indeed, CBC Radio's Sunday schedule is a bit complicated, as CCCU is live across the country.
As you'll see on the schedule above, you can hear Spark on the west coast Sunday afternoons at 4:05 PT.

Because Cross Country Checkup rolls live across the country on Sundays, Spark airs at 4:05 pm in the Pacific Time Zone. Thanks for your interest.
