Grammar Girl rocks! Her piece about the importance of the subject line in emails was superb. I was very conscientious about subject lining all of my emails very succinctly and appropriately this week and voila…all is good! EOM!
I couldn't agree more! Ever since this piece originally aired, I have become much more diligent about choosing effective subject lines. As a university instructor, I have also taken to using EOM when sending out quick messages to my classes, which has resulted in much more efficient communication with my students.
