Wine Guy: Defending the Much Maligned Merlot
Fans of the movie Sideways remember when the main character, Miles, exclaims "I am NOT drinking any blankety-blank Merlot." Merlot, it seems, is not everyone's favourite. Craig Pinhey comes to the defence of this maligned grape. His wine of the week is Nobilo from New Zealand at a penny shy of twenty dollars.
