forests.jpgSackville native Jeff Schnurr started out helping people on the tiny island of Pemba plant trees, and the idea soon spread to Tanzania and beyond. When he returned to Canada he started Community Forests International, an organization that aims to restore ecologically degraded areas all over the world. Janice Macpherson has the story.
