House Doctor: Premature Babies

Roughly eight percent of babies in Canada are born prematurely, and those babies are at increased risk of developing serious health conditions or even of dying. Now some specialists say taking a low-tech approach can help more premature babies survive.  Brian Goldman takes a look at the issue.
