House Doctor: Heart Failure Not Treated Properly

The Heart and Stroke Foundation estimates that half a million Canadians suffer from heart failure. But according to a new Canadian study, the health care system may not be treating patients with heart failure properly. House doctor Brian Goldman takes a look.
