Made in NB Brie!

Among the 13 thousand pounds of artisan cheese Joy Weir and her brown swiss dairy cows will turn out this year is the first New Brunswick-produced brie! Weir is the cheesemaker at Jolly Farmer in Northhampton and she spoke to us from the milking parlour.
