Home Grown: Chef Karen Mersereau at Hotel Paulin

Every week we're speaking with chefs, food bloggers, farmers, gardeners, foragers, breadmakers, pickle preservers and others with a passion for feeding themselves well and locally! Today chef Karen Mersereau talks about using local seafood and produce when she creates menu items for Hotel Paulin in Caraquet. She also teaches aspiring chefs about local ingredients at the hotel she co-owns with her husband.
