Election Sign Charges

David Bishop of Rothesay says he was just trying to call attention to the province's out of control debt. Back during the 2010 election campaign Bishop posted a giant sign on the side of a parked transport truck that said "We live within our means - please tell Shaun Graham." It seems that was against the law. The CBC's Rachel Cave has the story.
