Northrup Flip-Flops on Pulp Ban

wood.jpgEarlier this month Natural Resources Minister Bruce Northrup ordered forest companies to stop harvesting pulp wood on crown land. It was part of a plan to save small, private woodlot owners. But JD Irving continued to cut pulp on crown land and a company spokesman saying the minister's office knew all about it. That left Bruce Northrup with some explaining to do.
