Saying Goodbye to RCI

Radio Canada International has ended its shortwave radio programming, turning off the transmitter site Sackville. RCI has broadcast signals from the Tantramar Marsh for 67 years to listeners around the world. The end comes as a result of budget cuts. Marc Montgomery was host of "The Link" and he said goodbye to his listeners as one of the last voices to be broadcast on the service.
