Canada Far From Meeting Emissions Targets

Canada is on pace to fall well short of its commitment to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. That's according to a new report from the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy. President and CEO David McLaughlin takes a close look at why the country is so far off the mark.
