NBCC Woodstock's Series on Juniper: Part 1

juniper.jpgStudents at NBCC Journalism in Woodstock have just finished a multi-media series called "Juniper: An Uncertain Future." The series tells the story of the small community struggling to survive after the sawmills closed. Instructor Theresa Blackburn sets-up the five part series we'll hear this week. Then we hear the first part: Victor and Barbara Somerville own and operate Clearwater Dairy Farm on the outskirts of Juniper. They explain how losing local services effects surrounding family farms that are already under pressure. Stay tuned through Thursday for much more from NBCC Journalism!
