Moose Accident Leaves Family Mourning

Another family is dealing with tragedy after a car swerved to avoid a moose on the stretch of highway between the Confederation Bridge and Port Elgin. 52 year old Mike Pound was thrown from the car and later died in hospital. His daughter, who was driving, survived with just minor injuries. Leslie Buckley is Mike Pound's sister and she was on her way to Moncton to meet him when the accident happened.
