Perth-Andover Flooding

hi-nb-perth-andover-flood-852-4col.jpgA state of emergency was declared in Perth-Andover when the swollen St. John River swamped large areas of the town on both sides of the river. The CBC's Susan King was there and reported on the conditions. We also spoke with Terry Ritchie who remained in his apartment building despite a mandatory evacuation order.
