Defamation Trial Day 29
Police officer and pension board member Andrew Belyea told a court in Saint John today what many people on the street have been thinking: The defamation lawsuit against former city councillor John Ferguson isn't worth it. Ferguson is accused of damaging the board's reputation in comments he made years ago. The CBC's Robert Jones is covering the trial.
