Robert Jones Latest On Defamation Trial
It's a pivotal scene in what has become a long running drama in Saint John. In July of 2006, John Ferguson made a presentation to his colleagues on city counci about the pension fund, and it was not flattering. In fact, he's been in court for now for weeks, in no small part, because of that presentation. Ferguson is on trial for defaming the Saint John pension board. The CBC's Robert Jones is following the proceedings.
