Totten on the Stand

Former City Manager Terry Totten - who resigned amid controversy in 2009 -- was called to the stand at the John Ferguson defamation trial. Totten was a member of the pension board for 15 years before resigning his position in 2008. The CBC's Robert Jones reports on day 13 of the trial.
