The Fredericton Choral Society, the Sussex Choral Society and the Kingswood Singers practicing for their Christmas concerts! They have kindly sent along a recording of all three choirs - more than 100 voices - singing the Hallelujah Chorus for our pan-provincial project. Your choir can join the chorus as well - just send your recording of the Hallelujah Chorus to shift@cbc.ca by December the 12th. In the meantime, you can catch these three wonderful choirs performing together, along with the Fredericton Chamber Orchestra, this weekend. The soloists include Sarah Hallyburton, Andrew Pickett, Owen McCausland and David Mitchell under the direction of Bjorn Runefors. On December 10th they perform at Kingswood University in Sussex - but that show is sold out! You can still purchase tickets for the show on December 11th at Sunset Church in Fredericton. They are available at Westminster Books or by contacting Janet Ratliffe at 488-9894.
