Seismic Testing Done in Sussex Before Council Vote

Town council received a request to conduct seismic testing within town limits and the town planned a special council meeting for Tuesday night to consider its options. Turns out the company conducting the testing on behalf of Windsor Energy - Seismotion - arrived in Sussex the day before the meeting and went ahead with the testing without the town's approval. Sussex mayor Ralph Carr says he's disappointed by the company's actions.
