Sisters Found Guilty of Failing to Provide for Horses

Last July, thirty-eight horse were seized from a small farm in Tilley, northwest of Fredericton. The animals were dehydrated and starved. The owners of the horses have now been found guilty of failing to provide adequate food, shelter and care for their animals. The CBC's Catherine Harrop reports.
