Walking into St. Viateur Bakery in Montreal is like walking back into the world of my dad's youth.... A wood fired kiln, with long planks loaded with lines of unbaked doughy bagels dipped in sesame or poppy seeds...and then moments later, I sink my teeth into a fresh, soft, fresh mouthwatering Montreal Bagel.
