Regina marks 100th anniversary of 1912 tornado

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Regina's killer tornado of 1912, people unveiled a downtown wall mural, a cairn in Victoria Park and a sculpture in the warehouse district.

Dancing up a storm in Regina

Last week, CBC videographer Aldo Columpsi dropped in on dancers rehearsing for a performance June 20 at Regina's MacKenzie Art Gallery. The dance, part of the Spiraling Forces Festival, commemorates the 1912 Regina tornado which killed 28 people - still the deadliest in Canadian history.
