This year, we're back with more great family holiday programming including:

Elf
One Christmas Eve, a long time ago, a small baby at an orphanage crawled into Santa's bag of toys, only to go undetected and accidentally carried back to Santa's workshop in the North Pole. Though he was quickly taken under the wing of a surrogate father and raised to be an elf, as he grows to be three sizes larger than everyone else, it becomes clear that Buddy (Will Ferrell) will never truly fit into the elf world. What he needs is to find his real family. This holiday season, Buddy decides to find his true place in the world and sets off for New York City to track down his roots.

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
Sam the snowman tells us the story of a young red-nosed reindeer who, after being ousted from the reindeer games because of his beaming honker, teams up with an elf who wants to be a dentist, and Yukon Cornelius, the prospector. They run into the Abominable Snowman and find a whole island of misfit toys. Rudolph vows to see if he can get Santa to help the toys, and he goes back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve. Santa's sleigh is fogged in. But when Santa sees Rudolph, he gets a very bright idea...

Home Alone
It is Christmas Time and the McAllister family is preparing for a vacation in Paris, France. But, the youngest in the family named Kevin got into a scuffle with his older brother Buzz and was sent to his room which is on the third floor of his house. Then, the next morning, while the rest of the family were in a rush to make it to the airport on time, they completely forgot about Kevin who now has the house all to himself. Being home alone was fun for Kevin, having a pizza all to himself, jumping on his parents' bed and making a mess. Then, Kevin discovers about two burglars, Harry and Marv about to rob his house on Christmas eve. Kevin acts quickly by wiring his own house with makeshift booby traps to stop the burglars and to bring them to justice.

Dr. Seuss: How The Grinch Stole Christmas
Bitter and hateful, the Grinch is irritated at the thought of the nearby village having a happy time celebrating Christmas. So disguised as Santa Claus, with his dog made to look like a reindeer, he raids the village to steal all the Christmas things. The village is sure to have a sad Christmas this year.

Frosty The Snowman
A discarded silk top hat becomes the focus of a struggle between a washed-up stage magician and a group of schoolchildren after it magically brings a snowman to life. Realizing that newly-living Frosty will melt in spring unless he takes refuge in a colder climate, Frosty and a young girl who he befriends stow away on a freight train headed for the north pole. Little do they know that the magician is following them, and he wants his hat back.

Frosty Returns
Twitchell's has invented Summer Wheeze: a spray-can that instantly removes snow and slush and Beansborough's getting snow-free. Holly has to keep Frosty from melting, and convince everybody that snow's actually a good thing.

Stars on Ice
Exceptional performances by some of Canada's top figure skaters, features interviews with cast members and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the show. It's the same Charles Dickens classic with an all-star Disney cast. Uncle Scrooge McDuck - appropriately enough - Scrooge, is visited by his deceased partner and 3 spirits one night to remember the joys of Christmas.

National Lampoon: Christmas Vacation
The tradition continues with the hapless Griswald family, this time allowing them to stay at home, while the extended family visits for the holidays. Clark wants everything to be perfect for his patient, yet clueless wife. Randy Quaid stars as the hilarious idiot Cousin Eddie who shows up, bringing his whole family and parking his Winnebago in front of their house.

Poor Clark must deal with Eddie, a sick dog, a runaway squirrel, a stingy boss, and snotty neighbors (one of whom is Julia Louis-Dreyfus) before being able to celebrate a true Christmas blessing.

The Santa Clause
When a man inadvertently kills Santa on Christmas Eve, he finds himself magically recruited to take his place. Based in the comic novel "In God We Trust, All Others Pay Cash" by Jean Shepherd, who narrates the film. A Christmas Story follows Ralphie as he deals with an assortment of misadventures including a visit to a workaholic Santa as he awaits that fateful morning when his Christmas dream may or may not come true. Nativity

Holiday Festival On Ice
Olympic, World, and National Figure Skating Champions come together to celebrate the spirit of the holidays in Holiday Festival on Ice. This show is a one hour holiday special that features such skaters as Kurt Browning, Elvis Stojko, Joannie Rochette, Jeffrey Buttle, Shawn Sawyer, Cynthia Phaneuf, and Sinead & John Kerr. The skaters perform to both live and recorded festive music sung by Canadian artists. This year will feature live music sung by Measha Brueggergosman, a judge from 'Canada's Got Talent' and renowned opera singer.

Wordless (save for the song "Walking in the Air") animated adventure about a young English boy who makes a snowman one Christmas Eve, only for it to come to life that night and take him on a magical adventure to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus.

A young boy whose dog has just died moves into the house in whose backyard the snowman was built. Finding a photograph of the snowman the boy rebuilds him,fashioning a snow dog out of the excess snow. The trio fly off in a plane to meet Santa,who gives the boy a magical dog collar which will make it the happiest Christmas ever for him.

Booky and the Secret Santa

Holiday Festival On Ice
Olympic, World, and National Figure Skating Champions come together to celebrate the spirit of the holidays in Holiday Festival on Ice. This show is a one hour holiday special that features such skaters as Kurt Browning, Elvis Stojko, Joannie Rochette, Jeffrey Buttle, Shawn Sawyer, Cynthia Phaneuf, and Sinead & John Kerr. The skaters perform to both live and recorded festive music sung by Canadian artists. This year will feature live music sung by Measha Brueggergosman, a judge from 'Canada's Got Talent' and renowned opera singer.

A young boy whose dog has just died moves into the house in whose backyard the snowman was built. Finding a photograph of the snowman the boy rebuilds him,fashioning a snow dog out of the excess snow. The trio fly off in a plane to meet Santa,who gives the boy a magical dog collar which will make it the happiest Christmas ever for him.
