Summer Drink Ideas

Kale Smoothie

1 Cup Kale
1/2 Cup blueberries
1 Small banana
3 Tablespoons oatmeal
3 Ice cubes
Enough milk to blend easily.
Whipping cream to top it all off!

Unsweetened Iced Tea

4-5 decaffeinated tea bags
Steep them in 2 cups of boiling water for a few hours.
Fill jug with cold water
Remove the bags and stick in the fridge.
Fill a glass with ice and pour on the tea.

Pimms and Ginger

1-2 oz Pimm's No.1
1 Cup Ginger Beer
1 Cup Club Soda
Garnish with garden fresh cucumbers (and lots of 'em)!

Slushy Limoncello Water Lemonade

4 Cups of cubed, frozen watermelon
4 Cups of crushed ice
1/2 Cup of frozen lemonade concentrate
4 oz. vodka
4 oz. limoncello.
Blend. Serves Six. Refreshing.

Cucumber Water

Slice Cucumbers.
Add to a pitcher of purified water.
Enjoy!

Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Fresh pineapple
1 Banana
Lots of ice.
Pineapple juice is optional.

Raspberry Beer Cocktail

3/4 Cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
3-4 Bottle of lager-type beer
1 12 oz. Container of frozen raspberry or pink lemonade concentrate
1/2 Cup vodka
Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
Blend frozen ingredients and vodka.
Add beer. Serves 6.  Enjoy!

Cold Brewed Iced Coffee

Coffee
Crushed ice
Sweeten with maple syrup.

Mojito

1 Tablespoon of sugar
1 Lime wedge
Lots of ice
10 Mint leaves (garden mint if you have it)
Club soda
Muddle the mint, sugar and lime.
Add rum, ice and club soda.
Enjoy in the sun! 

Jamaica Ginger Beer

Healthy splash of lime juice
Dark rum
Chopped mint.
Pour over lots of ice in a big glass.

Unsweetened Earl Grey Iced Sun Tea

Earl Grey tea.
Lots of ice!

Blended Iced Mocha

Fill a glass 3/4 full of ice.
Fill 2/3 full with milk.
1-2 Shots of espresso
1 Tablespoon of ice cream
Chocolate Syrup:
1/3 Cup of icing sugar
1/4 Cup of cocoa powder
Equal amounts of boiling water until it makes a thin syrup.
Blend.

Brazilian Sangria

1 Bottle of red wine
8 oz Brazilian Cachaca
2 Cans of San Pellegrino, lemon or orange
1 Of each:sliced orange, lemon and lime.
Mix all of the above with lots of ice.
