Lemon Pasta recipe from Radio West listener

Listener Mary Cenedese sent us her recipe for Lemon Pasta, to win a copy of Barbara Lambert's book. Barbara was on Radio West to talk about the Tuscany-inspired recipes she blogs about.

Lemon Pasta
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 2 lemons
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
chili pepper flakes (optional)
1 pkg linguine or fettucini
Boil pasta until al dente. 
Meanwhile, sauté garlic in olive oil.
When garlic is just toasted, add lemon zest and juice.  Reduce heat.
Drain pasta. Toss in lemon sauce.   Sprinkle with parsley and chili pepper flakes.
