Enderby outlaws 'aggressive' panhandling
Enderby is the latest B.C. community to crackdown on aggressive panhandling.
This week, city council amended its good neighbour and municipal ticketing bylaw to include panhandling.
The move was made because of one individual who arrived in town a few months ago.
Enderby's Mayor, Howie Cyr, spoke with guest host, Kathryn Marlow, about the bylaw.
