Six months in, the IIO sends its first report to crown

The Independent Investigations Office (IIO) has made its first report to crown counsel, regarding a case in Creston. Rebecca spoke with the IIO's Chief Civilian Director, Richard Rosenthal, to learn more, and to get an update on the office's first 6 months in operation.
