BC Budget 2013, according to the pros

The BC Liberals are calling the 2013 budget lean and balanced.

Elizabeth Cull and Colin Hansen know a lot about preparing and presenting provincial budgets. Elizabeth Cull served as finance minister for the NDP from 1993 to 1996, and Colin Hansen was Liberal finance minister from 2004 to 2005 and 2008 to 2011 (he still serves as a Liberal MLA). Rebecca spoke with them both for their reaction to the 2013 budget.
