Big ski weekend in B.C. Interior

There are lots of ski competitions this weekend in the B.C. Interior. And no, Rebecca, won't be competing, though she recently skied at the Telemark Nordic Ski Club, one of this weekend's venues.

This weekend is bursting with competition.

If careening around gates at high speeds, hovering between out of control and still standing gets you going, Sun Peaks is the spot.

If you're into an all-body, cardio-thumping work out, you'll want the Telemark Nordic Club.

And if spectating is your sport, you wont be disappointed.

Guest host Kathryn Marlow spoke with Scott Davis of the Telemark Nordic Club in West Kelowna and then Vincent Fontaine, who is with Sun Peaks Resort in Kamloops.
