Jumbo becomes a municipality

The provincial government has created a resort municipality for Jumbo, proposed home of a year-round ski resort in the East Kootenay. The region, which has no residents, now has an appointed mayor and council. Community, Sport, and Cultural Development Minister Bill Bennett joined Rebecca to explain.
