Playing games with drought

Not everyone spends much time thinking about drought. But planners say we should be prepared for things to dry up. So today, community leaders met for the Okanagan Invitational Drought Tournament. After the event, Harvey Hill and Nelson Jatel stopped by to explain to Rebecca. Harvey is the manager of the Climate Decision Support and Adaptation Unit at Agriculture Canada, and Nelson is the Water Stewardship Director with the Okanagan Water Board.
