South East Kelowna faces pricey water system upgrade
Water bills in South East Kelowna could soon rise dramatically. Officials are looking to upgrade the area's water system at a cost of almost $23 million.

Rebecca reached him at the East KelownaCommunity Hall where he was attending the first of 3 open houses.
Information on the other two open houses can be found here.
