BC and Alberta locked in stalemate

British Columbia and Alberta have reached a stalemate over oil revenues. On Friday, BC Premier Christy Clark left a premiers meeting in Halifax during discussions about a national energy strategy. Rebecca Zandbergen spoke with Nick Gamache, the producer of CBC's The House for his take on this.
