Sicamous open for business
It's been nearly three weeks since the municipality of Sicamous declared a state of emergency after heavy rainfall flooded numerous creeks and rivers. Since then, tourism is down, and there is still a do-not-consume water order in effect. Rebecca spoke with Sicamous mayor Darrell Trouton and local Tim Hortons owner Kelly Moores.
