Penticton police warn of sex offender

Donald Bakker
The first person convicted under Canada's sex-tourism laws has moved to Penticton. In 2005, Donald Bakker was convicted of sexually assaulting three sex trade workers in BC, and of committing sex crimes against young girls in Cambodia. On Friday, he moved to the Okanagan after his release from jail. Police have issued a special warning to the area's residents.

Rebecca spoke with Sgt. Rick Dellebuur with the Penticton RCMP.
