Kelowna photographer collaborates on documentary
A tragic story is unfolding in the North Pacific. Tens of thousands of baby birds -- albatrosses -- are dying on Midway Island. The problem? They're eating plastic. Their bellies are full of bottle caps. A Kelowna photographer is collaborating on a documentary about the birds. Rebecca spoke with Jan Vozenilek to learn more.

Naden, the rescued seal pup
This morning's Pacific Airlines flight out of Haida Gwaii had a special passenger on board: a seal pup destined for the Vancouver Aquarium. The abandoned pup was discovered by Ryan Ashton, the head guide at the Queen Charlotte Lodge. Rebecca spoke to Ryan about the rescue.
