The Dish: a traditional bc meal
Chef Ross Derrick is back in town, fresh from a trip to Ontario. He was teaching students about BC cuisine at the Stratford Chefs School. Derrick owns his own catering company, and is the chef at the Grand Okanagan. He's a firm believer that locally sourced food is the only way to go.
He explained to Rebecca on this week's installment of the Dish.
